OLDER DOGS, NEW TRICKS
WHAT YOUR DOG LEARNS
THE BIG 6- The Foundation of Everyday Obedience
Older Dogs, New Tricks is built around five core behaviors that become the foundation for everything your dog learns next.
HERE
A reliable recall and the foundation for coming when called, even when distractions are present.
HEEL
Teaching your dog to move with you, pay attention to the handler, and follow direction.
SIT
Building control, patience, and the ability to hold a position until released.
PLACE
Teaching your dog to settle, stay where they're directed, and develop an "off switch."
DOWN
Building calmness, control, and the ability to settle in a variety of situations.
STAY
Duration for stationary behaviors like sit, place, down.
FOUR WEEKS. NEW SKILLS. BETTER RELATIONSHIP
Older Dogs, New Tricks is a 4-week board and train program designed for adult dogs that can be customized for your dog. Every dog has a story, but not every dog needs the same thing.
We design the program around your dog's needs to target behaviors like: leash pulling, jumping, poor recall, difficulty settling, ignoring commands, etc.

The Goal Is Transfer.
Four weeks can change a lot, but your dog still comes home to you.
At the end of the program, we'll show you how to maintain the obedience and manners your dog has developed, reinforce the behaviors you want, and continue addressing the habits you're ready to leave behind.
We change the habits. We teach the handler. We build the relationship.

EVERYDAY OBEDIENCE & MANNERS
Good Behavior Doesn't Stop at "Sit."
REAL-WORLD OBEDIENCE
Your dog will learn to take the skills they've developed in training and apply them beyond the training environment.
We work on proofing obedience around distractions and in public settings, helping your dog understand that the rules don't disappear just because the environment changes.
